How long does it take to receive my order? Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to you that includes a link to download the e-book, as well as a unique username and password. Kindly allow 24 – 48 hours for order processing. If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us at customerservice@presariopublications.com. Please include your first name, last name and email address and the item purchased. The cancellation will be processed within the next 24 – 48 hours. I do not live in the United States.
